Dedicated to Acute Dialysis Excellence
KidneyCare Dialysis was founded to address a critical gap in Southern California's healthcare landscape: the need for reliable, high-quality acute dialysis services available around the clock.
Our Mission
We exist to ensure that every patient requiring acute dialysis receives timely, expert care—regardless of the hour or day of the week.
When hospitals face capacity constraints or need specialized nephrology expertise, we step in as a seamless extension of their care team. Our mission is to remove barriers to life-saving dialysis treatment while reducing the operational burden on healthcare facilities.
We believe that no patient should wait for critical renal care, and no hospital should struggle to provide it.
Our Core Values
Quality First
Board-certified nephrologists oversee every aspect of care. We never compromise on clinical excellence.
Always Available
24/7/365 coverage means your patients get care when they need it, not when it's convenient.
True Partnership
We integrate with your team, not replace it. Your protocols, your workflows, our expertise.
Continuous Improvement
We track outcomes, analyze data, and constantly refine our protocols to improve patient care.
How We Got Here
KidneyCare Dialysis began when a group of nephrologists recognized a persistent problem: hospitals across Southern California were struggling to provide consistent, high-quality acute dialysis services. Emergency rooms would wait hours for dialysis support. ICU patients would go without CRRT because equipment or staff weren't available.
We founded KidneyCare with a simple promise: rapid response, expert care, every time. Starting with just a handful of hospital partners in the San Fernando Valley, we built our reputation one successful patient outcome at a time.
Today, we serve over 50 hospitals and skilled nursing facilities across Southern California. Our team includes board-certified nephrologists, experienced dialysis nurses with ICU-level training, and dedicated support staff who share our commitment to excellence.
But we haven't forgotten our roots. Every patient we treat today receives the same attention and expertise that built our reputation—because in acute nephrology, there's no room for anything less.
