San Fernando Valley
KidneyCare Dialysis is extremely active in the San Fernando Valley Community Hospitals and Skilled Nursing Facilities. Our goal is to provide quality dialysis services in stand-alone community hospitals.
We are affiliated with all major outpatient dialysis clinics in San Fernando Valley, which allows us to efficiently coordinate care among outpatient to inpatient and inpatient to outpatient dialysis care.
Nephrologists
KidneyCare Dialysis is highly respected among all community nephrologists. We have full time, part time and per diem dialysis nurses who are well trained in acute dialysis care. Dialysis services provided by KidneyCare Dialysis is directly managed and supervised by our core team which include board-certified nephrologists, quality control team and effective Biomed services.
KidneyCare Dialysis has access to a pool of experienced dialysis nurses from different community dialysis centers and community hospitals. Our lead clinical coordinator in each hospital communicates and provides a daily report to our medical directors.
